We are a circular baby clothing subscription service founded at the beginning of 2020. Yes, we rent out bundles of organic baby clothes for baby’s the first years because they grow too fast and the clothing is used too little. We have served hundreds of parents in Switzerland and Germany with our worry-free subscription and we are saving tons of CO2, freshwater and textile waste from polluting the environment.

Are you interested in becoming an entrepreneur but just missing the idea? Do you want to make a real contribution towards a sustainable society and environment? Look no further, we are looking for one or multiple successors for our company to bring rental of baby clothing to the next level.

Requirements:
• You are a seasoned professional and have previous startup or corporate experience of value
• You are tech-savvy and know how to establish processes that allow us to scale
• You are ready to get your hands ‘dirty' with daily business & deep dive into the operations process of a circular business
• You’re keeping an eye on the market at all times and maintain a customer-focused view
• You can dedicate min. 80 % of your workweek and are based in Switzerland (preferrably Zurich)
• You commit to building this company for at least three years

• You’re a fast learner and adapt very quickly
• You get things done and implemented
• You can build and manage teams
What do we offer:
• 10 % equity, buy-in
• 5 years of experience of two cofounders accompanying you from the board of directors
• Speaking German or French is not required, but very useful
