Startup Stammtisch – “Machine Learning” with Google

Date
22.03.2017 18:00 - 21:00
Application date
14.03.2017
Location
Impact Hub Colab, Sihlquai 131, 8005 Zürich.

Startup Stammtisch brings together members of the startup community with Googlers for an evening of exchange and discussion. For the next edition Google and ImpactHub are looking for participants with a variety of interesting challenges related to machine learning.

One of the advantages of working in a big company like Google is to have easy access to a deep roster of specialists who are willing to share their expertise in many ways, from lunch meetings to drop-in office hours. The goal of this event is to provide similar benefits to people working in a startup, where everybody often needs to wear many hats. Particularly when in a mode of “learning by doing”, a few minutes with an expert can make a big difference and we can benefit from an opportunity to bounce off ideas, get a second opinion or get some pointers in which direction to look for solutions.

Topic of the next event is machine learning. Whether you are in the process of designing or evaluating a machine learning system for your problem space or whether you are looking to tune and improve the quality of your existing solution, this event could be for you.

Submit the form by the end of Tuesday March 14th in order to apply for a session with a Google expert. As space is limited (max. 2 individuals per startup), Impact Hub Zürich and Google will make a selection in order to match startups to available mentors. Selected participants will be notified by March 17th. If you are not invited  this time, please consider applying again for future events.
