CEO in Residence / Co-Founder

As a CEO-in-residence, you will be in charge of one of our new business ideas with the mission to turn an MVP into a successful startup. This will be your company and you will be responsible for its entire life cycle. With the support of the entire Apolo team, you will structure the company, execute its strategy, improve product market fit, and scale the business.

What’s the job:
Take full ownership of the startup
Embrace and make yours the project and its vision
Elaborate strategy
Fundraise
Achieve a viable business model
Hands-on execution of the strategy
Design product that brings significant added value to target customers
Test, measure, adjust, pivot, scale
Develop an efficient sales cycle
Build a team
Hire and grow a cost-efficient team
Maintain a motivated and skilled team


About You:
+5 years experience in project management, preferably in fast-growing businesses or top consulting firms.

ability to synthesize and prioritize
team player & empathic leader
ability to question yourself and evolve
communication skills & ability to present to C-level management & board
understanding of the digital business ecosystem
fluent in English and French or German
living in Switzerland or willing to relocate
