Skyline Parking has developed a new generation of high-density automated parking systems which saves money, space, time and CO2 compared to conventional multi-story car parks. 2012 was a good year for the company. Skyline reports about successes especially abroad. The joint venture SkylineRUS won a tender for 3 Skyline-projects in Moscow against international competition, mainly due to the performance, capacity and redundancy of the innovative parking solutions. Detailed planning for these 3 projects has already started.

For the Netherlands an surrounding countries Skyline Parking has signed a memorandum of understanding for an extended cooperation with TBI, one of the largest construction companies in the Netherlands. The TBI-group is currently working on approximately 100 projects simultaneously of which the biggest projects are in Delft and Rotterdam. TBI-Infra constructs the Rotterdam central station and an enormous underground parking for 1025 cars in the middle of Rotterdam´s city centre.

To accelerate the growth the company has hired a new CEO: Richard Denzler. He spent eleven years with Siemens Building Technologies (ex-Cerberus) where he held various positions, finally being responsible for the operations in Europe and Asia (2’500 employees). During the last years Denzler served at Schindler as COO of the Swiss operations. He comments: “Looking at Skyline Parking’s business vision of automated parking systems, I was immediately fascinated and took the opportunity not only to invest into Skyline Parking but also to take over the operational lead. An intriguing and optimal fit as I can apply my long standing project and service management skills as well as start-up international leadership experience and competencies in the APS market.”

Richard Denzler will be taking over Jürg Iseli’s position as from 1st January 2013, while Jürg Iseli - as
member of the management - will be focusing on his specialised field of Marketing and
