Lift 13: The programme is online

The Lift conferences are a series of events built around a community of pioneers who get together in Europe and Asia to explore the social implications of new technologies. Each event is a chance to turn innovation into opportunities by anticipating the major shifts ahead, and meet the people who drive them.

Lift 13 will take place in Geneva from 6 – 8 February 2013. Today the sessions were announced. Issues that will be discussed are:

• Resilience and Resistance
• The Agile Enterprise: Rethinking what it means to manage (with Daniel Freitag, Creative Director of FREITAG)
• Reinventing the Crafts: the Future of Job Traditions
• Innovation Drivers
• Noise and Speed: Loose Brakes and Failing Filters

In addition there will be the traditional Venture Night. But the Lift team also added some new features such as an SME Panel, enhanced networking with the Warp Speed dating Program and a Lift experience exhibition curated by the Geneva University of Art and Design.

Early bird tickets for Lift 13 are on sale until 30 September.
