Skyline Parking, a company building space optimized, fully automated, high density parking structures has acquired assets of the Dutch company Dolphin and has started operations in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi.

With last year‘s acquisition of Robotec Skyline Parking took a huge step forward in gaining additional technological expertise in automatic parking. The young company has taken another step in the same direction by taking over the technology and personnel of the Dutch company Dolphin B.V. Dolphin has built four large automated parking facilities in central and northern Europe that are currently in daily use. Therefore The Skyline Parking team has available to us a comprehensive package of experience and expertise in the building and construction of automatic parking systems.

In addition Skyline is starting Joint Ventures in Russia and the Arab world. The subsidiary in Abu Dhabi is already operational. After just a few weeks of exchange between the Skyline Board and the UAE Management team under the leadership of the investment manager AAA Group, Skyline managed to structure this cooperation by setting up the Skyline Parking Middle East subsidiary in Masdar City. The company already got its license at the end of March.

Activities in other countries around the world will follow. In his editorial note to the latest newsletter of the company President Frido Stutz writes. “Our talks in China and Singapore are also very promising, proving that with our broad product line we can meet the most versatile needs of our clientele better than any of our competitors.” Skyline Parking was founded in 2006 and awarded with the CTI Start-up Label in 2007.
