Nexthink Exceeds $100M in Total Sales in 2019

Nexthink’s milestones for 2019 include $100 million in total sales with more than 110 percent growth in North America; a 45 percent growth in employee headcount across 10 countries; and the addition of 176 new customers, taking the company’s total reach to 9.6 million endpoints. 

Nexthink is the global leader in digital employee experience management. Through a unique combination of real-time analytics, automation and employee feedback across all endpoints, Nexthink helps IT teams meet the needs of the modern digital workplace. For several years the Lausanne-based company is growing strongly and in 2019 the growth continued in an impressive way. At the end of the year 192 of Forbes’ Global 2000 (the world’s largest public companies) and 20 of the Fortune 100 are Nexthink customers. Deloitte and ABN Amro Bank are among the 176 new enterprise customers Nexthink closed during 2019.

The company has increased its headcount by nearly 50 percent, growing from 376 employees at the beginning of 2019 to more than 545 Nexthinkers at the beginning of 2020. Nexthink deepened its leadership team with a new CTO, a new CMO, two industry experts appointed as new independent board members and a new chairman to help fuel the company’s next stage of growth and innovation.
