Genohm, based at the Innovation Park of the EPFL and the French Interactive Biosoftware, announced that they are entering in a technology partnership to allow for efficient management of Next Generation Sequencing workflow.
Genohm is a laboratory management software company with its headquarters in Lausanne and serves customers in Europe and the US. Its new partner, Interactive Biosoftware, is a genomic variant interpretation software company headquartered in France and present in more than 35 countries across the globe. Interactive Biosoftware created the “Alamut Software Suit”, a consistent set of applications dedicated to annotate, filter, and interpret genomic variations thereby simplifying the process of understanding and finding solutions to society’s most devastating diseases.
The Partnership allows Genohm to integrate its SLims software with the Alamut Software Suite to offer customers a comprehensive solution that enables the seamless management of any Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflow from sample management, raw data generation to variant interpretation and reporting.
