Pitcher wins Gold Stevie Award

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Monday, February 25 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 300 nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries attended.
 
More than 1,100 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to this year’s competition, an increase of 10% over 2012. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 120 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges.

Pitcher was founded in 2010 under the name "Vayen Solutions". The company changed its name to Pitcher last December. The start-up is based in Zurich. It was awarded the CTI Start-up label in 2012.
