From 19-21 June, 43 startups worldwide will present at the 14th edition of the TechTour Growth Health event in Lausanne. Thirteen Swiss startups are among the selected presenters in the category Digital Health and Medtech. They will get the change to present to investors and the audience.

Tech Tour is the largest tech entrepreneurship and investment community in Europe. It engages the most promising tech entrepreneurs selected by the most active investment experts to raise funding and grow through smart partnerships and strategies in collaborative programmes leading up to events.

More than 70 investors, corporate, cluster and expert guests will attend the next 2-day TechTour Growth Health event to witness some of the latest trends in the Digital health and medtech. Besides a panel with 40 seasoned experts, keynote speeches, success stories covering the healthcare investment ecosystem, femtech as an emerging sector, and market environment, around 40 growth technology startups in the Tech Tour Growth Health Programme have been selected to present their solutions to the audience. The event gives startups the opportunity to secure growth, exchange international contacts and build long-lasting relations with investors and entrepreneurs in the Health Tech sector. 

Top 20 Digital Health companies from various countries worldwide have been selected to present to the audience. Among them are five Swiss startups.

CREAL - Unique light-field technology that projects virtual images with genuine depth, allowing virtual and real-world objects to overlay seamlessly.

DomoHealth – AI-based platform for data collection, processing and analyzing patients to enable healthcare workers to detect and predict sudden deteriorations in illness. 

Biospectal SA - develops and commercializes next-generation, medical-grade optical biosensing solutions in smart devices, IoT, edge computing and other portable technologies.

derma2go - a teledermatology provider that connects patients with leading experts from renowned university hospitals and medical practices to help patients receive accurate, high-quality online advice on skin disease and access to treatment within hours.

PIPRA AG - AI-based pre-surgical tool assessing patients’ risk of suffering from Post-Operative Delirium (POD) and Post-Operative Cognitive Decline/Dysfunction (POCD).

Eight Swiss startups will present in the Medtech vertical

Xsensio – developed the first Lab-on-Skin sensing platform that allows for continuously detect biomarkers at the surface of the human skin.

Resistell – developed a diagnostic device that leverages phenotypic nano-motion technology for measuring living cells.

Arga Medical – next-generation non-thermal cardiac ablation system for patients with atrial fibrillation.

Metadvice – Metadvice platform combines the latest clinical guidelines, augmented with insights from AI-based analyses of past decisions, to improve the quality, consistency and personalization of clinical decision-making.

Loop Medical - a minimally invasive device to collect quality blood samples large enough to be compatible with common high-throughput blood analyzers.

Emovo Care –  develops accessible assistive devices such as its a portable and lightweight hand orthosis that allows users to grasp and release simple objects at home.

Lumendo – is developing a portfolio of light-active fillers and micro-surgical instruments for treating and filling cavities inside the body.

Twiice – designs modular exoskeletons for the lower limbs, enabling paralysed patients to stand up and walk again after a spinal cord injury.
