An overview of the Swiss CRO community in one day

Clinical Research Organisations (CRO) are important know-how partners for anyone that wants to get approvals and commercialise drugs. Researchers, start-up companies and future entrepreneurs should know about the increasing complexities in this field.  The Swiss Biotech Association has put together a series of short presentations held by participating companies. The keynote address is held by Thomas Meier of Santhera. The title is: When CRO Promises Meet Drug Development Reality. The event is free for Academia, Tech Transfer and Biotech executives. It will be held on 8 November in Bern.
 
The event will bring together development companies and suppliers specialized in specific services within the development chain. The CROs will represent themselves as an interesting outsourcing partner at the exhibition and the conference in parallel will give an insight on the different activities of the CROs and how to manage the collaborations with suppliers. They are available for one-to-one talks during the day in the small exhibition space in Bern.
