Deadlines approaching for popular recruiting programmes

HUB Zürich organizes two matchmaking opportunities. Impact driven start-ups can meet competent people with professional experience to complement their team at Match.Me.Up! And early stage ventures can find a talented and motivated intern at “Summerpreneurship”.
 
The deadlines for the two matchmaking opportunities of HUB Zürich are approaching. Even before the Feb 20 deadline already eight Impact driven start-ups have applied for Match.Me.Up! where they can meet competent people with professional experience to complement their team. Seven early stage ventures have been early applying for the Feb 17 deadline of Summerpreneurship where they can find a talented and motivated intern over the summer.
 
Match.Me.Up! brings impact driven start-ups and competent potential team members together in an interactive match-making event at which a variety of hand-picked start-ups from the growing impact sector meet with a pool of pre-selected candidates with relevant professional experience in a dynamic speed-dating format. Before the matchmaking event a workshop an HR will take place led by Armin Haas, an experienced HR manager.
 
Start-ups and candidates will be selected.

• Start-ups must be impact-driven, must be less than 3 years incorporated, have max. 10 employees and are typically looking for experienced people with business or specialized tech skills.
• Candidates must apply to prove relevant expertise and motivation to join an impact-driven start-up. We expect 1/3 with tech skills (including recent graduates) and 2/3 with business background (especially professionals with 3+ years experience). The candidate selection is done with involvement of participating start-ups.
