Responsibilities
In the role of Founder's Associate, you will work directly with our founding team and learn what it means to build a startup. In the first 12 months, you will gain a broad insight into various activities, allowing you to develop in different areas of a startup.
🧑🏽💻 Your Mission:
- You will support Loris in marketing and business development activities to attract new customers and enter new markets.
- You will be co-responsible for managing selected customers in German and French.
- You will contribute ideas on how we can build and improve our processes in all areas.
- You will work with the founding team on various strategic initiatives.
- You will support where it is currently most needed. We would be lying if we could list all the tasks here already.

⚒️ Your Profile
- You are close to graduation or have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You know how to deal with customers to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
- You have entrepreneurial thinking, perhaps have already started your own projects, learn quickly, and can handle new tasks daily.
- You want to get hands-on and independently search for the best solutions.
- You want to develop yourself in a dynamic environment and are not too proud for any task in the startup environment.
- You have excellent verbal and written skills in German and English (French is a big plus).
- And most importantly: You are ready to work in a startup - that means endless possibilities, inspiration, and ideas, but also a lot of self-discipline.
