Daycrun.ch converts idle space from landlords, private companies etc. into pay-as-you-go offices. The first office space that can be rented is in the heart of Zurich.

Performance Buildings AG take idle or temporarily vacant office space, install automation hardware (e.g. door control, lighting, projectors, signage and WLAN) and make it available for self-service use via the cloud. Users reserve rooms via a booking engine, open the door and operate equipment, all via cloud services. Any space in any building can be converted over a weekend for renting by the hour, day or month, and pooled into the network for as long or short a period as the provider wishes. The service is as rewarding to businesses who provide the space as it is to those who rent it. Performance Buildings automation makes such space extremely price competitive and easy to use.

The start-up already offered some office space during a pilot phase. Now it is launching the product daycrun.ch commercially. The first office space that can be rented is in the heart of Zurich at Rämistrasse 31 which is right beside the hub of Bellevue and opposite Hohe Promenade Parking. With desks available from CHF 5 an hour and meeting rooms from CHF 20 an hour, the space is very affordable and completely flexible – there are no contracts, allowing businesses the flexibility to rent office space according to their needs, preventing wasted expenditure. Members come in every form: from corporate bosses to start-up CEO´s, home-office workers to visiting salespeople, freelance artists to language trainers, business people to private users.

On the Open Day of 22nd March 2013, daycrun.ch will have an open door from 9am onwards and anyone interested is invited drop by. Everyone can come and learn how this self-service concept for low cost office and meeting space works from every perspective: space user, space provider or suppliers.

Performance Buildings AG was founded in 2005 and awarded with the CTI Startup Label in 2008.
