EPFL Engineering Industry Day

This event aims to unite academia and industry. It offers a focused platform for PhD students, researchers, professors, companies and startups to engage in substantive discussions and explore synergies.

The event’s agenda encompasses roundtable discussions and plenary presentations, featuring themes aligned with the School of Engineering’s focus areas: Materials and Processes, Energy and Sustainability, Robotics and Intelligent Systems, and Health and Medtech. Great emphasis will be given to AI, with an intro from Dean Ali H. Sayed on Engineering in the AI Age. Additionally, a series of booths will showcase ongoing research projects from the School of Engineering and EPFL research centers.

More than just a meeting ground, the event represents a unique convergence of research and industry. It will facilitate one-on-one meetings and diverse networking opportunities.
