Recent decades have seen a significant acceleration of scientific and technological progress. Digitalization and globalization, among other developments, led to significant change in any organization. R&D activities have been offshored or outsourced. Professional careers have become less linear and expectations towards employers as well as employees have become more complex.
As a result, companies have experimented with different programs that increase the “startup spirit” in the organization. These range from intrapreneurship models, where employees work on their business idea, over various forms like joint ventures, all the way to corporate venture capital programs, where companies invest into existing startups. What models work best and for whom? Which forms of collaboration are mutually beneficial to founders and company partners? Are we entrepreneurial enough to face the challenges of our century?
If these questions keep you busy, please join us and discuss with your peer entrepreneurs, professionals and scientists. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
