With more than 10’000 attendees in 2013 the Dublin Summit has become a leading tech event in Europe gathering representatives from start-ups, big companies, and investors and journalists from all over the world. Start-ups can exhibit for free if they are selected for the Alpha Program.

The Dublin Summit taking place in November in Dublin is a global gathering of the world's leading thinkers and doers in technology. It's a gathering of businesses, large and small, who are being impacted by new technologies.

In autumn of 2010 The Summit began as an informal meet-up of 450 members of the tech community in Dublin. In 2013, 10,242 attendees came from all over the globe including business leaders from Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Box and over 60% of the Fortune 500. They were joined by several hundred investors and around 1000 bloggers and journalists from some of the world’s most influential tech news outlets. Within three years the conference has become the most influential and international tech event in Europe.

Each week the Dublin Summit is selecting 10 early stage start-ups from around the world to exhibit for free as part of its Alpha Program. Selected start-ups have to pay the price of two ordinary tickets, and get a free exhibition stand worth EUR10’000.

Last year several Swiss start-ups joined the Alpha Program. Yesterday 1ofa100.com announced on Twitter that the company had been selected for this year’s Program. 1ofa100 is the first online marketplace which is purely dedicated to limited edition products and experiences from selected creative entrepreneurs, designers and artists.

Start-ups that want to join the Alpha Program can fine some information on the website of the Dublin Summit.
