Holycode acquires Serbian software development agency

Holycode is a software development company founded in 2014 by former Movu founders and executives, including Laurent Decrue (also former CEO of Bexio), Nenad Nikolić and Milan Nikolić. Based in Switzerland, Serbia (Belgrade & Novi Sad) and Romania (Bucharest), the company provides nearshoring software development services for international startups and scale-ups. Currently, more than 50 startups rely on their services.

For the past two years, Holycode has been collaborating with EtonDigital, a product development agency developing applications for startups. Based in Nis and Novi Sad (Serbia), the company also offers solutions for Design, Online Marketing and Branding.

The two companies have joined forces, with EtonDigital’s team of 70 people joining Holycode. Following the acquisition, the two companies will combine their solutions, making Holycode a strong player and provider of technical service solutions to support startups from ideation to IPO.
