Accurate single-cell isolation with immediate, traceable proof of monoclonality is critical to a successful cell line development process. However, isolating a monoclonal cell population by the manual and time-consuming limiting dilution method – which can include three rounds of cloning – leads to high variability in results. This also means that the startup based at Biopôle Lausanne is now recruiting new employees to strengthen by 50% its operational team to support the growth.
