Grand Prize for Sequenced at Cross Video Days

Apelab has won the 'Grand Prize' at Cross Video Days 2015 in Paris with Sequenced. Sequenced is the first animated series on 360° for mobile devices and virtual reality helmets. The Apelab team aims at producing a traditional animation based experience, immersing viewers physically and emotionally into a 360° interactive adventure inside a graphic story. According to the user’s focus on certain angles or characters, the story may seamlessly take a different path, in reference to the “choose your own adventure” books. The technology developed to create the dynamic narrative called Gaze is being developed in house.
