Zoetis to use Pitcher globally

After local projects in the DACH and UK regions, the Swiss start-up and the US company have extended the cooperation. The rollout to multiple thousand users across 5 continents is underway, with over one thousand Pitcher users already deployed across Europe and the US.

This project involved heavy customization of the Pitcher platform and integration with Zoetis' Salesforce.com-based CRM system; Pitcher IMPACT and Pitcher ZERO are being used in the field on a daily basis. The feedback is extremely positive. In a newsletter the Pitcher team writes: “the entire Pitcher team is proud to receive user comments such as: "Everything for a call in one place, rather than having to navigate for the required info during the call," or "I've got my after work life back as I'm now not sitting on my laptop in the evening for long periods to record the days' activities. This makes a huge difference to me."

Pitcher has developed a powerful sales and marketing platform. It contains several device agnostic applications which completely cover all marketing and sales processes.
