NEUR.ON, Calvin Risk, PeriVision and Nutrix secure coveted spots in international acceleration programs. From Munich to Miami, their success sheds light on Switzerland as a hub for AI-based innovation across industries on a global scale.

The PwC Raise 7.0 Program accelerates the growth of startups striving for fundraising success and increased investor readiness. Over 10 intensive weeks, this program equips startups for upcoming funding rounds. One selected participant is NEUR.ON, a Legal Tech company from Fribourg, which leverages advanced Machine Learning Technology to provide law and finance experts with comprehensive SaaS solution tailored to their translation needs. Within the PwC Raise Program, the startup receives guidance from domain experts, mentors and a robust investor network to ensure a strong entry into the world of fundraising.

Calvin Risk joins Plug and Play Insurtech Europe Program
Plug and Play Insurtech Europe, a program that selected 15 startups out of more than 500 contenders, welcomes their 11th cohort. Among this selected circle is Zurich-based startup Calvin Risk, which focuses on AI assessment and management software for enterprises. The insurtech company is dedicated to ensuring the secure, transparent and trustworthy adoption of AI software into the insurance sector. With a strong focus on business development, mentorship and access to venture capital, Plug and Play offers valuable support for startups like Calvin Risk.

PeriVision: Advancing Healthcare Transformation in the STARTUP CREASPHERE Fall Program
The STARTUP CREASPHERE Fall Program, powered by Plug and Play in partnership with Roche, selects startups into a 3-month program to work on dedicated pilot projects with corporate partners. At the end of the program, the startups and their corporate partners present their results at the Expo Day event. Among the selected startups is PeriVision from Lausanne. They developed a platform which integrates reality eye tests and AI tools for the diagnosis and prognosis of eye diseases, enhancing clinic productivity, insights and patient care. The first focus is visual field testing in glaucoma patients.The STARTUP CREASPHERE Fall Program supports the development of concepts and pilot projects across healthcare domains, including telemedicine, diagnostics and ophthalmology.

Nutrix is welcomed to the Microsoft AI Latino Immersion Program in Miami
Basel-based digital health startup Nutrix secures a spot in the Microsoft AI Latino Immersion Program taking place in Miami. This initiative, orchestrated by Mana Tech in collaboration with Microsoft and Microsoft for Startups, aims to unlock the immense potential of AI. For Nutrix, this means taking their innovative gSense platform to the U.S. market. The platform uses high-tech devices, artificial intelligence and remote monitoring to provide assistance and monitoring for patients with chronic diseases including obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. A blend of in-person and virtual training will equip Nutrix with the tools to become established in the U.S. market.
